Lovella Bridal's FAQ Regarding COVID-19
With all the uncertainty about when life will return to normal, stressing about your wedding gown is one thing we hope to ease! Thanks to Nayri, Wedding Fashion Expert, all of our bride's most frequently asked questions regarding bridal attire have been answered and clarified. If you would prefer to listen to her detailed Podcast going over these topics, can be found here!
Because Lovella is closed, will I have enough time to order my dress in time for my wedding date? Yes, you most likely will have time depending on you're wedding date and when we're able to reopen. We are working closely alongside our designers to stay updated on when gowns will be ready. There will be specific gowns that are going to have faster shipping dates than others, so once we're ready to reopen, your stylist will have all of this information available for you at your appointment. For those who may not have enough time to order a gown, we have a wide variety of marked down sample sale gowns that are available for immediate wear and purchase. At Lovella Bridal, we also have an instore selection of gowns that are brand new available for purchase. These gowns will be full price MSRP, but they are brand new and have never been worn before. Be the first to know when we re-open! Sign up to receive an email here. Is Lovella Bridal offering virtual appointments? Is there anything I can do to help speed up the process? We are not doing virtual appointments because we feel as though this robs you of that personal and once-in-a-lifetime experience. We want you to be able to feel the gown, get properly clipped into the dresses, and to have an expert there to show you how the gown should fit and guide you along the way. Another component of this is that all items purchased in-store are made to order. After purchase, there are no exchanges. No refunds. No returns. It is a final sale. We want you to be confident in your purchase and have the opportunity to get the full experience! There is one thing you can do in the meantime. You can go to our website, www.lovellabridal.com, to preview our designer's page and start browsing our collection, see different price points, and get together a list of some dresses that catch your eye and when you come into your appointment, the stylist will look at that list and get started from there. I've already bought my gown, but I still need accessories and a veil, what should I do? We've got plenty of options for you accessory wise! Lovella Bridal has a lot of brand new veils in-stock and ready for purchase that do not need to be ordered. Please note that a lot of brides are also in your position so it is better to get in as soon as you can after we open. Options like these will be on a first-come, first-served basis as quantities are limited. My gown has already arrived, but my wedding date has been postponed, what should I do? Please contact us at info@lovellabridal.com and let us know about your new wedding date. If you do not yet have a new wedding date just let us know that you have postponed the wedding. We will personally guide you based on your circumstance of where your gown is in the alteration process, your new wedding date, and what your next step will be. How do I store my gown in my home properly? You want to keep your gown in a dark cool space, avoiding any direct sunlight and/or heat. Your gown can change color if it is exposed to direct sunlight or heat, along with any metals and stones on the gown that can tarnish as well.
